Our Vision
Our vision is to actively enhance and enrich educational standards and values within communities, focusing on Africa and one community at a time. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to bring about lasting transformation and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Our Mission

Our mission at the Adebayo-Ige Foundation is to empower individuals and foster community development. With a primary focus on educational advancement and community transformation, our goal is to uplift people, starting with the family unit.
Our efforts will be concentrated in Africa, particularly in Nigeria, where we aim to enhance the educational standards of grade schools. Through our transformational initiatives, we will impart enduring values that bring about personal growth, leading to community improvement and the creation of a stronger community and; thus, a stronger nation.

Bernard Adebayo-Ige, P.E.
Bernard is a dedicated servant leader, coach, trainer, and speaker who is
deeply committed to fostering a positive work environment, cultivating
respect, and nurturing a thriving culture. Presently, he holds the
Principal/Managing Partner position at Proscap Engineering & Energy
Group, a Structural and Mechanical Engineering Company in Corona,
California.
Winners Christian Church, a dynamic and growing congregation dedicated
to building a supportive community for its members to embrace their God
design purpose in life. He brings his dynamic skills as a Pastor, Teacher,
and Speaker to empower and uplift those he serves.
Bernard’s educational journey began in Kabba, Kogi State, Nigeria, and he
graduated with FIRST CLASS HONORS in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Ilorin in 1985. He furthered his academic pursuits with a
Master of Science degree in refrigeration and air-conditioning from the
University of London in 1996.
Bernard has previously worked with some great Fortune 500 companies,
including Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he managed Pharmaceutical HVAC
projects, and SUPERVALU, where he served as the Director of Facility
Engineering & Energy Management. He has left his mark on projects at
Southern California Edison as a Project Manager in Local Government
Partnerships and as a Professional Development Director of the
Networkers Employees Resource Group. Notably, he lent his time and
skills to the General Planning Committee for the City of Eastvale,
California, where his family currently resides.
Bernard’s unwavering passion lies in enriching the lives of individuals. He is
an esteemed member of the John Maxwell Team (JMT). Through the John
Maxwell Foundation, he has generously volunteered his resources to
participate in Values transformation programs in Costa Rica and the
Dominican Republic. A significant new undertaking for Bernard involves
leading a project to revitalize his high school Alma Mater, a mission close to
his heart after over four decades.
Beyond his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Bernard is a loving
husband to Dr. Morenike Adebayo-Ige, a Professor and distinguished
recording artist, and a proud father to three dynamic young men:
Oluwagbogo, Faithfulness, and Promise.

Dr. Morenike Adebayo-Ige
Dr. Morenike Adebayo-Ige is an educator with teaching experience in and
out of the United States at grade and college levels, spanning over 30
years, twenty of which are in the United States. As one who values
education, Morenike is the President of a Non-Profit Organization that
awards educational scholarships to some orphans in Africa, having herself
been an orphan from the age of seven. Morenike is an English Professor at
Antelope Valley College, Lancaster, CA. She is a certified EQ Coach, and a
John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Aside from being an educator,
Morenike preaches the Word, writes, and sings professionally, with several
Albums and Singles on her list of accomplishments. She and her husband,
Pastor Bernard Adebayo-Ige, P.E., live in Eastvale, CA; they have three
adult sons and a daughter (oldest son’s wife).
